با استفاده از برنامه یا وبسایت ایرانیان لسآنجلس («سرویس»)، که توسط
4LINB LLC («ما») ارائه میشود، این شرایط را میپذیرید.
۱. سرویس چیست
ایرانیان لسآنجلس یک فهرست معرفی کسبوکارهای ایرانی در جنوب کالیفرنیا
است. ما این کسبوکارها را نه اداره میکنیم، نه مالکشان هستیم، نه نمایندهٔ
آنها هستیم.
۲. رایگان برای کاربران
استفاده از برنامه برای کاربران عادی کاملاً رایگان است و رایگان میماند —
بدون اشتراک، بدون خرید درونبرنامهای، بدون نسخهٔ پولی. تنها پرداختها مربوط
به صاحبان کسبوکار است که بهصورت اختیاری آگهی یا امکانات حرفهای میخرند.
۳. دقت اطلاعات
اطلاعات کسبوکارها از منابع عمومی جمعآوری و بررسی شده است. تلاش میکنیم دقیق
باشد، اما تضمینی نمیدهیم: ساعت کاری تغییر میکند، شمارهها عوض میشوند
و کسبوکارها تعطیل میشوند. پیش از سفر یا تصمیم مهم، مستقیم با کسبوکار تماس
بگیرید. گزارش اطلاعات نادرست را از دکمهٔ «گزارش مشکل» در برنامه بفرستید.
۴. حساب کاربری
- برای جستجو حساب لازم نیست. فقط برای ذخیره کردن و نظر دادن لازم است.
- حداقل سن ۱۳ سال است.
- مسئولیت حفظ دسترسی به ایمیلی که با آن وارد میشوید با خودتان است.
۵. محتوای کاربران
نظرها، تأییدها، پستهای انجمن و درخواستهای فوری را شما مینویسید و مسئولیتش
با شماست. با انتشار، به ما اجازهٔ نمایش آن در سرویس را میدهید. این موارد
ممنوع است:
- توهین، تهدید، آزار، یا نفرتپراکنی
- محتوای جنسی، غیرقانونی یا کلاهبردارانه
- نظر جعلی — چه به نفع کسبوکار خودتان، چه به ضرر رقیب
- اطلاعات شخصی دیگران بدون اجازهٔ آنها
- هرزنامه و تبلیغ تکراری
هر کاربری میتواند محتوای نامناسب را گزارش کند و کاربران دیگر را
مسدود کند. ما محتوای گزارششده را بررسی میکنیم و حق داریم آن را حذف
کنیم یا دسترسی حساب متخلف را ببندیم. گزارشها را در سریعترین زمان ممکن،
معمولاً ظرف ۲۴ ساعت، بررسی میکنیم. برای موارد فوری:

۶. صاحبان کسبوکار
- ثبت مالکیت کسبوکار و اصلاح اطلاعاتش رایگان است.
- اگر نمیخواهید کسبوکارتان در فهرست باشد، با مدرک مالکیت به ما ایمیل بزنید تا حذفش کنیم.
- پلنهای پولی ماهانه یا سالانه تمدید میشوند و هر زمان قابل لغواند؛ لغو در پایان دورهٔ جاری اعمال میشود. پرداختها از طریق Stripe انجام میشود.
- آگهی همیشه با برچسب مشخص نمایش داده میشود و در جایگاه جداگانه قرار میگیرد. پول، ترتیب نتایج طبیعی جستجو را تغییر نمیدهد.
۷. استفادهٔ ممنوع
- استخراج انبوه (scraping) دادههای سرویس
- تلاش برای نفوذ، اختلال یا دور زدن محدودیتها
- استفاده از اطلاعات تماس کسبوکارها برای ارسال هرزنامه
۸. سلب مسئولیت
سرویس «همانطور که هست» ارائه میشود. ما مسئول کیفیت کالا یا خدمات هیچ
کسبوکاری نیستیم و در معاملهٔ بین شما و آنها طرف نیستیم. تا حدی که قانون
اجازه میدهد، مسئولیت ما محدود است به مبلغی که (اگر اصلاً) در ۱۲ ماه گذشته
به ما پرداخت کردهاید.
۹. تعلیق و پایان
اگر این شرایط را نقض کنید میتوانیم دسترسی حساب را محدود یا قطع کنیم. شما هم
هر زمان میتوانید حسابتان را حذف کنید.
۱۰. قانون حاکم
این شرایط تابع قوانین ایالت کالیفرنیا، ایالات متحده است.

By using the Iranian Los Angeles app or website (the “Service”),
operated by 4LINB LLC (“we”), you agree to these terms.
1. What the Service is
Iranian Los Angeles is a directory of Persian-owned businesses in
Southern California. We do not operate, own, or represent any of the
businesses listed.
2. Free for users
The app is free for ordinary users and will stay free — no
subscription, no in-app purchases, no paid tier. The only payments
involved are from business owners who optionally buy advertising or
professional features.
3. Accuracy of information
Listing information is collected and reviewed from public sources. We
work to keep it accurate but make no guarantee: hours change,
numbers get reassigned, and businesses close. Contact a business
directly before travelling or making an important decision. Report bad
information with the “Report a problem” button in the app.
4. Accounts
- No account is needed to search. One is only required to save listings and write reviews.
- The minimum age is 13.
- You are responsible for keeping access to the email address you sign in with.
5. User content
Reviews, confirmations, forum posts and urgent requests are written by
you and are your responsibility. By posting, you grant us permission to
display that content in the Service. The following are prohibited:
- Insults, threats, harassment, or hate speech
- Sexual, illegal, or fraudulent content
- Fake reviews — whether promoting your own business or damaging a competitor
- Other people’s personal information without their permission
- Spam and repeated advertising
Any user can report objectionable content and block other
users. We review reported content and may remove it or suspend the
offending account. We review reports as quickly as possible, usually
within 24 hours. For anything urgent:

6. Business owners
- Claiming your business and correcting its information is free.
- If you do not want your business listed, email us with proof of ownership and we will remove it.
- Paid plans renew monthly or annually and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Advertising is always clearly labelled and shown in its own slot. Money does not change the order of organic search results.
7. Prohibited use
- Bulk scraping of Service data
- Attempting to breach, disrupt, or circumvent limits
- Using business contact details to send spam
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for the quality
of any business’s goods or services and are not a party to any
transaction between you and them. To the extent permitted by law, our
liability is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, in the
preceding 12 months.
9. Suspension and termination
We may limit or terminate account access if you breach these terms. You
may delete your account at any time.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
