برنامهٔ ایرانیان لسآنجلس توسط 4LINB LLC، ثبتشده در ایالت
کالیفرنیا، ارائه میشود. این سند توضیح میدهد چه اطلاعاتی جمعآوری میکنیم،
چرا، و شما چه اختیاری روی آن دارید.
خلاصه در یک بند: برای جستجو در برنامه هیچ حسابی لازم نیست و هیچ
اطلاعاتی از شما نمیخواهیم. اگر ثبتنام کنید، فقط ایمیلتان را ذخیره میکنیم.
نام، تاریخ تولد، شمارهٔ موبایل و عکس پروفایل کاملاً اختیاریاند. اطلاعات شما
را نمیفروشیم و هیچ شبکهٔ تبلیغاتی شخص ثالثی در برنامه نیست.

۲. موقعیت مکانی
موقعیت شما فقط زمانی خوانده میشود که خودتان دکمهٔ «نزدیک من» را بزنید،
و هرگز روی سرور ذخیره نمیشود. مختصات برای یک درخواست جستجو فرستاده
میشود، نتیجه برمیگردد، و همانجا دور ریخته میشود. تاریخچهٔ مکانی شما را
نگه نمیداریم. هر زمان میتوانید این دسترسی را از تنظیمات گوشی قطع کنید؛
بقیهٔ برنامه کار میکند.
۳. آمار کسبوکارها
به صاحبان کسبوکار آمار تجمیعی میدهیم — مثلاً «این هفته ۴۰ نفر شمارهٔ شما را
گرفتند». این آمار هیچ شناسهای از کاربران ندارد. صاحب کسبوکار نمیتواند
بفهمد چه کسی صفحهاش را دیده یا با او تماس گرفته است. این را در سطح پایگاه
داده تضمین کردهایم: جدول رویدادها اصلاً ستون شناسهٔ کاربر ندارد.
۴. چه چیزی را نمیفروشیم
- اطلاعات شخصی شما را نمیفروشیم و در ازای پول در اختیار کسی نمیگذاریم.
- هیچ SDK تبلیغاتی شخص ثالث (فیسبوک، گوگل ادز و مانند آن) در برنامه نیست.
- ایمیل شما در اختیار صاحبان کسبوکار قرار نمیگیرد.
۵. سرویسدهندگان
برای کارکرد برنامه از این سرویسها استفاده میکنیم و فقط حداقل داده به آنها میرسد:
- Resend — ارسال ایمیل کد ورود (فقط آدرس ایمیل شما)
- Cloudflare — محافظت و تحویل شبکه
- Stripe — فقط برای پرداخت صاحبان کسبوکار. کاربران عادی هرگز پرداختی ندارند.
- سرور اختصاصی ما در فنلاند (اتحادیهٔ اروپا) میزبانی میشود.
۶. کودکان
این برنامه برای افراد زیر ۱۳ سال نیست. اگر تاریخ تولدی وارد کنید که سن کمتر
از ۱۳ سال را نشان دهد، ذخیره نمیشود. اگر متوجه شویم اطلاعاتی از کودکی زیر
۱۳ سال داریم، آن را حذف میکنیم.
۷. حقوق شما
ساکنان کالیفرنیا تحت CCPA/CPRA و ساکنان اتحادیهٔ اروپا تحت GDPR حق دسترسی،
اصلاح یا حذف اطلاعات خود را دارند. در برنامه:
- هر فیلد پروفایل را میتوانید خودتان خالی کنید.
- عکس پروفایل را میتوانید حذف کنید.
- برای حذف کامل حساب به

ایمیل بزنید؛ ظرف ۳۰ روز حساب و همهٔ دادههای مرتبط حذف میشود.
۸. مدت نگهداری
- کدهای ورود: ۱۰ دقیقه
- نشستها: ۳۰ روز پس از آخرین استفاده
- رویدادهای آماری بینام: ۱۸ ماه، سپس فقط بهصورت مجموع روزانه
- حساب کاربری: تا زمانی که خودتان حذفش کنید
۹. کسبوکارها
اطلاعات کسبوکارهای فهرستشده (نام، آدرس، تلفن، وبسایت) اطلاعات عمومی و
تجاری است، نه اطلاعات شخصی. اگر صاحب کسبوکاری هستید و میخواهید فهرستتان
اصلاح یا حذف شود، با مدرک مالکیت به

ایمیل بزنید.
۱۰. تغییرات
اگر این سند تغییر کند، تاریخ بالای صفحه بهروز میشود و در صورت تغییر مهم،
در برنامه اطلاع میدهیم.

Privacy Policy

Iranian Los Angeles is operated by 4LINB LLC, a company
registered in the State of California. This page explains what we
collect, why, and what control you have over it.
The short version: searching the app requires no account and we
ask you for nothing. If you do sign in, the only thing we store is your
email address. Your name, date of birth, phone number and profile photo
are entirely optional. We do not sell your data, and there is no
third-party advertising network anywhere in the app.

2. Location
Your location is read only when you tap “Near me”, and is
never stored on our servers. The coordinates go out with one
search request, the results come back, and they are discarded. We keep
no location history. You can revoke the permission in your phone’s
settings at any time and the rest of the app keeps working.
3. Business analytics
We give business owners aggregate statistics — for example, “40 people
tapped your phone number this week”. Those statistics contain
no user identifiers at all. An owner cannot learn who viewed
their page or who called them. This is guaranteed at the database
level: the events table has no user-id column.
4. What we do not sell
- We do not sell your personal information or make it available to anyone for money.
- There is no third-party advertising SDK (Facebook, Google Ads or similar) in the app.
- Your email address is never shared with business owners.
5. Service providers
We use these services to run the app, and each receives only the minimum data it needs:
- Resend — sending the login-code email (your email address only)
- Cloudflare — network protection and delivery
- Stripe — business-owner payments only. Ordinary users never pay for anything.
- Our dedicated server is hosted in Finland (European Union).
6. Children
This app is not intended for anyone under 13. If you enter a date of
birth indicating an age below 13, it is not stored. If we learn that we
hold information from a child under 13, we delete it.
7. Your rights
California residents have rights of access, correction and deletion
under the CCPA/CPRA, and EU residents under the GDPR. In the app:
- You can clear any profile field yourself.
- You can remove your profile photo.
- For full account deletion, email

the account and all associated data are deleted within 30 days.
8. Retention
- Login codes: 10 minutes
- Sessions: 30 days after last use
- Anonymous analytics events: 18 months, then daily totals only
- Your account: until you delete it
9. Business listings
Listing information (name, address, phone, website) is public
commercial information, not personal data. If you own a listed
business and want the listing corrected or removed, email
[email protected]
with proof of ownership.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page is updated,
and for any material change we will also notify you in the app.
